As things are going, there's a lot of things currently shaping up nicely for City.

Pep extending his contract.
It now seems likely we are finally sorting out our striking problem.
Our U23 side has just won their League for the 2nd year running.
There is becoming a build up of players like never before that are on the cusp of making the step up to 1st team level
The U18s have also won their League for the 2nd season running.
Commercially we have cemented our place at the top table of football money earners.
Locally, not only have we passed the rags on the pitch, unthinkable not that long ago, but now we have overtaken them commercially, impossible even a few years ago.

No wonder they hate us.

Terrible news.

Because like it or not champions league success is very important to the hierarchy.
