Am I the only one to think Rodri should be in that list?

Is it ok to believe he was indeed our best player?

Yes Rodri should be on the list.
Improved greatly this season and plays a very important role.
But I guess the attacking players get the plaudits, they always did.

Rodri ahead of Mahrez. I thought Mahrez was better last season tbh

As the season moved through the gears, so did he.

It's been a weird season because at one stage Cancelo was being touted as our best player, then Bernardo. Walker has been excellent too.

But King Kev for me

Recency bias will hurt bernardo but he was incredible for the first 6 months and top class for the last two. KdB did fk all for the first few months and then recently started showing his true self albeit with disappearing acts in between his top games eg west ham and madrid away.

Bernardo would get my vote.

I actually voted Bernardo from the list as well. He has been on it for the longest time amongst the three.

Mahrez for me. He’s been class this season (apart from at the weekend).

Let's see- dippers home and away. Chelsea, 2 against the rags, RM at home. 4 goals including a wrong foot hat trick in less than 20 minutes away at Wolves.
King Kev by a country mile for me, total big game player and pulls us out of the shit so many times.

Got to be Kev for me , fantastic player

He was at another level this year. If Belgium does well in the WC, he is a contender for the Golden Ball of Football.

As previously posted, it's the forwards who usually get the plaudits. They score goals and get the immediate and long term glory.

I'm going for Bernardo. Sometimes he gets the glory but in between he wrks hids socks off. He crops up right and left, he is active in defence, the midfield and up front.

Much of his work goes unseen by most.

Bernardo seems to teleport all over the pitch. Outstanding player. He gets my vote.

There were at least twice points in the 2nd half against Hammers where I swear he literally did teleport from one side of the pitch to the other.

As much as I love KDB and his through balls & Mahrez for his goal tally this season.

kev was poor for large parts of the season it is easy to forget that.

Rodri and Walker should get mentions.
Mahrez been good in spells.

24 goals and 8 assists. That includes 7 goals out of 11 starts in the CL.
