What a rollercoaster he was.
Incredible player, bonkers in general

Love him.
Thanks, Carlitos. You were amazing.

He certainly was.
I used to love it when Carlotto and Bellers were playing together.
And of course "Welcome to Manchester" was just brilliant.

We got some great leverage out of that dance he did after one of the goals on one of the trips I had over at the time.

I'm really surprised he isn't universally loved by City fans.
He certainly could be a twat when he wanted, but still.
I'm not criticising anyone for their opinion, I'm just really surprised.

I’m a big Mancini fan and admit that what happened that night was all down to him.

Tevez was a massive signing at the time, for lots of reasons. And he didn’t disappoint. What a player he was! Dynamic and lethal, used to love watching him buzzing around the pitch.

I was a big Mancini fan too but it's fair to say a lot of the players weren't.
If everyone he had a barney with had done what Tevez did we'd have had no team.
Him storming off was down to Mancini, the length of time was purely down to Tevez.

Tevez always gave everything on the pitch for city . Was one of those players who could win a game for us on his own and that goal he scored at Norwich away on his return from fucking off back to Argentina was incredible. A person who obviously has issues and saw a lot of bad things in his upbringing in the slums , there is a brilliant must see documentary about Tevez and his early life and his footballing journey . He speaks fondly of the blue half of Manchester but clearly has no love for Mancini. Him and Mancini two firebrands that were never going to work in harmony. Tevez clearly a scarred individual inside and out but incredibly talented.
Edit , documentary is called Apache after his upbringing in Fuerte Apache one of the most notorious and crime ridden towns in Argentina. ( 2019) must see !
Not really here

I was on holiday in Argentina 2 years ago and did the BOCA Juniors stadium visit. He is absolutely worshipped there and there are loads of Tevez murals on the buildings.

I thought he glossed over us in that.

Its a strange one. Top player. Him and bellwrs then him and kun. Only player i had on my shirt to wind united up. He talks of us as "we" at times but then seems to gloss over his time here and fucked off for months when we needed him. Zabs recently said they felt let down.

I know his time was short and not without problems, but I loved watching that man play and he’ll always be one of my all time favs.

Maybe it’s leaving them for us, maybe it’s the fact he was the main catalyst in our transformation. Most likely it’s just he played like a warrior and ran for the cause, despite being so bloody talented and being able to score from nothing. I can think of too many like him.
Tracking back is overrated.
