Great news. We may be able to see him further forward on occasions once Phillips settles in and also get a bit of rest he played pretty much every game last season

Captain material. Kinda guy kids should look up to.
He started slow but has been class last two seasons. He plays champs league final we win it no doubt.
The block was the best block i have ever seen

The starting slow thing seems to be part and parcel of most new players arriving at City.
As Kompanysaid, initially it was as if Pep was speaking a different language. So many newi deas and complexities of City strategies.
Unlike many, I don't expect an initial explosion of goals with Haaland and Alvarez. Great if it happens but I think we will need to be patient until players start to understand where and how our new strikers want the ball to be fed to them. Likewise, it will take time for them to learn what, and when to make runs to compliment the midfielders who are feeeding them.
In the longer term I do expect City to be far stronger than previous seasons, leaving the likes of the chavs and dippers to playcatch up.
I also think that we are now fully gearing up in all departments to have a serious tilt at the CL.....TBH, I think we will win it and the Prem this coming season.

Very good news indeed. Seems a great lad. He was excellent last season, even if we over relied on him for a lot of it, he stepped up to the mark.

Kompany made an unbelieveable block, can't remember who it was against though. I was cheering like we'd just scored.

Excellent news.
One of our standout players and in our set up that's no mean feat.
And has added goals to his game as well and looks a threat on dead balls
