Great stuff, first win and a tricky away game off the list.
And we finally have a couple of strikers. Delighted for Haaland.
Now get a left back!!!

On Pep using 5 subs today:

Perhaps Pep he will this season more consistently. Why?

1. The squad is more composed of rotation players who are either younger, have spent fewer year trying to become 1st 11 regulars as squad players (Zinch/Jesus), or are more accepting coming off the bench/less entitled to start (Raz/Bernardo) in Palmer, Phillips, Alvarez. If/when we sign someone to help with LB they will also surely be the same as Cucurella was expected to understand he would be a squad player.

2. With the WC coming in the middle of the season and most key players in the squad going, he may need to utilise it to maintain lower risk for injury as the season goes on and get away from what he is accustomed to.

7 pages for a win, am I not posting enough?

Superb win and a performance that I was not expecting.

Laying down a marker, let’s see how the next few games pan out, for both teams.

Is it me or do Keane and Neville have a begrudging respect for our club?

Keane has been our biggest fan for a couple of years. And never misses a chance to slam the rags

TBF Hammers didn't really have 2 proper CBs, but performance will instill more fear in opponents which can only benefit us.

I’m still gobsmacked at Haaland and that we have him. This is a MASSIVE inclusion to the PL brand.

Will the PL model change?
