No. Villa released a statement after the match to say he wasn’t. It also made Gerrard look like the dirty scouse piss stain he is.

I dont think the issue is about fans running on the pitch - it is about fans who then committed criminal damage and threw flares. Anyone who takes issue with celebrating winning the league has probably never done it. It is the most important club trophy in world football and our team does make a habbit of putting fans through the wringer. Message needs to be clear, have a celebration but don't be a dick. Ultimately the fans should take responsibility for their actions, making the club responsible for the choices made by individuals seems dubious.

So the FA bring charges 3 months after the event.
