Anyone watching our boys on loan?

Liam Delap has played 7 and scored 0 for Stoke.
James McAtee has started 2 and been sub for 5. No goals or assists.
Tommy Doyle has started 4 and been sub for 3. 1 assist.
Calum Doyle started 5 sub once.

However Harwood-Bellis seems to be doing really well. Started 11 games and scored and assisted, even as a defender.

stoke are shit, can understand why he followed his dad there but it was a mistake
hearing decent things about doyle and mcatee at sheff u - they are top of the league...
callum doyle isn't 19 until tomorrow and has racked up the thick end of 50 first team appearance already - surprised he didn't stay at sunderland though
don't think any of them will have long term careers at city though

Mcatee needs to be playing regularly or back training with us. His loan has been a waste, he is the one i had highest hopes for.

Delap is tricky, we turned down 30m for him. Seems like a mistake so far.

I was at Stoke vs Sheffield Utd today (to be fair, Potters gave my sons primary school free tickets).

Doyle- not the finished product but brilliant workrate, holds and distributes well.

McAtee- good at creating chances, got an assist before limping off

Delap not on for long but scored quickly when he came on near the end., almost scored another.

Nice one. Good to hear a first hand experience of seeing them.

My mate is a Preston fan and follows all the EFL games. Says HB is class.

it's a good job for him that we're not overstocked with centre-backs

Surely we wouldn't recall HB with us buying jumanji? Don't we usually charge a fee so we can't recall

Maybe we’re (realistically) expecting Stones to come back from the WC absolutely goosed and out until August?

Maybe so, we're not missing stones at the mo but appreciate the games will come thick and fast

Hope so to be fair as he's a blue / has been in the away ends with Doyle

Tommy Doyle is only 21 and has done well everywhere he’s been loaned. Is he a Rodri backup for next season (assuming Phillips will continue to be injured)

I thought the same. I don't think he has the pace which sounds mad as i dont think Rodders has either. Delivers a good dead ball which we are crying out for. He has a future no doubt about it

Didnt he flop in germany? Thats my worry. We need an extra body in midfield for numbers and id be happy if it was doyle but i just dont know if he has the quality for us.

I think he was injured so came back to City?

The Hamburg manager at the time - “His feet are sensational," he told Hamburger Morgenpost (via Sport Witness ). "Tommy is in the observation role and tries to implement things in training.
