What a statement it would have been if there'd been no forum thread for this game. The chasm is vast and we cant compete even with a likely second string they'll put out…Let's move on.
Defo giving this one a miss unless i am in desperate need of some comedy.

Lose by at least four goals, more if City push for it. Can see a complete annihilation though, players throwing Lampard under the bus knowing that a thorough thrashing here ought to see him fired, after which many of them will undeservedly get "another chance" under a new boss.
We must try to keep the goal difference down in this one. It could prove to be vital considering we're relegation candidates.
They can rest Erling and KDB and still win by 5 goals.

If city and haaland score less than 6 they should be embarrassed.
I’ll be spending this one stuck in traffic on the M25 and I cannot wait to miss it.
I would honestly play the kids. Sack it. Almost a protest at city’s monopoly. Don’t play a single first team player. At least when we get stuffed 6-0 we can say, but we played the kids. It’s the only way to save face.
If Dominic Calvert-Lewin isn't fit then Frank better have one hell of a masterplan for the sub 20 percent of possession we will have.

Key to getting a result here is to go at City…their defence is quite shaky if they are under pressure. Just hope we don’t resort to 10 men behind the ball defensive football because if we do we will get humped.
