Have to agree, always enjoyed listening to him on the radio or commentating on games but tonight he was so anti City. Every foul was a terrible bit of play unless it was arsenal then it was clever. Any angle against City he seemed to go for.

Wasn’t on mine but he usually says it as he sees it. Looks like they all defer to ensure they get their head in the trough.

McCoist has no choice if he wants the gig, he has to toe the party line.
Supposed to be a sound bloke.

Another waster . why aren't English people involved in commentary on the English PL . Let him commentate on Scottish Football - no problem there for me.
Sick of hearing idiots like Beglen and McCoist crap on about our PL .

Usually a decent co-commentator in my view.
Tonight though he was with Clive “the red” Tyldesley and he set the narrative straight off the bat of it being a blatant anti City discourse. McCoist knows he has to go along with it if he wants future gigs. Disappointing, but that’s life as a pundit these days. Toe the party line or get fucked off

Each time we scored it was like someone punched him in the face, he was great during the World Cup but I’ve gone right off him after tonight. Cuntish commentary!!

It ended up being comical, I couldn't believe my ears when they were seriously discussing an Erling 'elbow' as if he should be off. The anti city agenda is real and in full flight.

It's a bit like when gary sniville started out, he was quite impartial (which fucked with my head) but once they get their feet under the table they all turn into Tyler's, Lawro's, Dixon and the rest of the bitters
McMoist heading down same route

It’s been a while since I’ve heard him.

We have started to watch without sound, chatting amongst ourselves. It's really good. The people in the booth just crap on and on and on about bullshit. David Coleman was a master, principally because he said so little. These days, it's just a noise.

Drury is in a league of his own.
I get goosebumps everytime I remember Rodri’s goal vs Villa and Drury shouting: IT’S HAPPENING AGAIN!

I like mccoist as a co commentator, wasnt his best night from a city fans point of view last night but i think he just calls it as he sees it and isnt arsed about an agenda. People just dont always agree on things.
Met him off the pitch a few times an absolute class act he is. One of the best guys in football in my experience.
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just another jock on the cartel payroll now, from the off he was wanting Bernie booked after predicting Saka would give him trouble pre match. Nearly every City foul was given the red card analysis while Ake getting a leg breaker tackle off the wonderkid was completely ignored. As for their joke penalty - let's just say when he finally noticed and they provided the cartel script he did them proud. Broken hearted at the result along with "what does this result mean for Man Utd Ally?" Crimson Clive ....
