Genuine question, is the above fact? Are we allowed to lease out the stadium and we get the money even though we don’t own it. All the gigs that happen at the stadium, do we get the money from them?

Brilliant, nice one. Wondered if it was like a normal lease - if I leased a car I couldn’t then lease it to another person. Equally if I rented a flat, I couldn’t then rent it to someone else.
But if we’re making the money from gigs we should be making any money from this bid as well.
