A Leicester and Villa double will do me. We have to take care of our own business first though - no let up at the cottage

Can't help thinking it wont be straightforward. Wouldn't be shocked if after beating Arsenal we dropped two points at Fulham. Typical city anyone.

We should use the Forest game for a recent reference. Went there after smashing Arsenal and duly dropped two points. We are now back in the zone so not expecting us to lose focus or momentum

Typical City should be binned. Out of date. We’ve won four of the last five PL titles. We’re going to drop points every now and then the players are only human. It’s hard breaking down packed central defences unless our finishing is razor sharp. I expect us to get three points on Sunday but of course there are no guarantees.

We got to the final of a Champions League and lost to a team that finished 19 points below us that season.
If that’s not Typical City I don’t know what is.

Anyone can pick out a bad result. Is it typical City to have four out of five league titles. Is it?

More like an epic brainfart then typical City. In fact, make that suicidal line up

That brain fart is typical city though isn’t it? Getting to the final hurdle and something avoidable stopping us.

No it isn’t. Pollock heading over his goalkeeper which ultimately cost us relegation or Alan Ball encouraging keep ball when we needed a goal to avoid relegation. That was typical City. My typical experience seeing City at home quite a bit over the last few seasons is excellent football with plenty of goals and wins. It’s a pleasure to watch them. I’ve seen the odd shocker. Spurs at home a couple of years ago, Crystal Palace at home ditto. We’re not going to win every time and we’ll lose the odd big match but that isn’t typical of City any more. Quite the contrary. 4 PL titles out of 5 doesn’t lie..

I don’t agree. Typical City was fuckin up to the point of laughing and being the masters of our own downfall. Pearce getting that penalty on the last game of the season and skying it - Typical City.
Losing to a team 19 points behind us is 100% Typical City because we caused that loss.

Maybe the New Typical City can be us giving teams a sniff only to grab it off them at the last minute. That’s happened enough over the last ten years.

The arseholes running the ticket office are typical City. That hasn't got any better since the 1980s. Morons are still in charge.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

Typical City was D*ck head Allison signing an unfit Rodney Marsh and insisting he played. Gordon Banks having the game of his life on Easter Monday denting our chances of winning the leagie.

Little improvement on the days when Swales had Bernard Halford running round the turnstiles with a bucket to remove the takings so he could claim a smaller attendance and pocket the difference.
