Only tickets left are Cat 2 (€490) and Cat 1 restricted view (€550).
My old man finally got an Access Code that works today and complained to the club that he can only get these expensive tickets because he's missed his ST slot through no fault of his own... Club just said tough titties, take what you can get.
Feel for him mate that's shite
Nah, it's all good. We've sorted him a ticket off another mate of his that can't make it either so I'm going with him! He was gonna give his to my ST mate that's been abroad this year and typically we get to a final when he didn't renew! Imagine he was unable to get his backup though, Cup Scheme all year and fucked over at the last post. Istanbul is gonna be a nightmare logistically, but I'm gonna enjoy the hell out of it win or lose. Last final I saw us lose in a game i was at was vs Wigan so fingers crossed!

Szymon Marciniak will be in charge of the game. Excellent news, he was superb vs Madrid in the return leg.
We are going to win this.

It's weird, I was in Milan the weekend before last and taking orders for Edin Milan shirts.
As it happens some italian guy in a car stopped as i was walking along and asked me if i wanted 10 Edin shirts - he'd just been to a sales conference and they were display models etc,
Strangely enough i got a good price for two leather jackets , should anyone on here be interested. Also Display pieces. 20 quid a pop !

My thoughts exactly, but it seems some folks want him removed:

Wow, if true he's really shot himself in the foot here the woke press won't give it up if it reaches UK media. That said, UEFA don't give a flying fuck if it causes grief for others without inconveniencing themselves.
Surprised this is emerging from Italy of all places, not really a woke nation are they?

They are going to change him.
Maybe ask Lahoz to come back for one last game.

Apparently, he was a keynote speaker at an event held by an organisation with slogans including:
"We stand against Jews, gays, abortion, taxation and the European Union".
Ignore any instinct to make crap jokes about tax and/or the EU. These are anti-semitic fascists.
All we are saying is give Doug a pass.

Zuri, you do know that's a standard 'baratineur' (not quite con man, but 'street salesman') sales method don't you? If you are happy with the price no problems though.

Marciniak confirmed as CL final referee. He refereed the semi final home leg. I was at the match and he blew up at any back chat or arguments about his decisions. He’ll need to be equally firm in the Final.

Yes, just read there that he apologised and was unaware of any Nazi-type association with the event.
This is massive for us. Not since the days of Collina have I seen such a fair an unbiased referee, who takes absolutely no bullshit or diving/playacting.
Bring it on!

Solomon at Fulham.
I think the last British Jew to play in the top flight was Barry Silkman.

We've had Israeli Jewish players. Berkovic the most prominent.

This.
At the end of the day, he might be the best in the business. But if he's stupid enough to not research who organizes events he gives talks at, that speaks more about the calibre of person you need to be to become a top-level referee these days than anything else. And, from the types of people who became referees in the pre-professional era (lawyers, accountants, magistrates, and people who generally have careers that require integrity), I don't buy it for a second that he didn't know what he was doing.
