The perpetrators of FFP need to be brought before a court of law, What they did was completely against Company Laws and Free Markets.
Has it got 'so bad' or is it just that we've reached a level where what's at stake financially is often has tens if not hundreds of millions of quid at stake? Just shows the power of the game, that sports participants need the same legal support as any other big corporation or CEO earning tens of millions of quid a year.
Totally agree re FFP - it can't be too simple, or someone would have done it already and I guess that has a lot to do with the fact that the Premier League and UEFA are by invitation and thus everyone agrees to the membership rules. But I can see a situation where the likes of City, Chelsea, Newcastle perhaps gang up to challenge and split the costs.
