Here it is lads n lasses

This is one of the most important games of the season and is a culmination of all the hard work done over the long months.

We are in the best possible position we can be with a full squad to choose from. The players are refreshed and have had a good rest since winning the PL.

I don't think this will be as easy as a lot of the media are making out. I guess they are just setting us up for a fall. But we are a better team than they are and if we turn up and play what we are able to, then we should prevail. Of course the rags will be out to spoil the the party. It is a cup final when all is said and done. But I expect to see Gundogan lifting the trophy later on

Here! Here! Hope it's an enjoyable day for all Blues and no mayhem. 4-1 City. Haaland hat trick and an own goal to add to the fun factor. Come on City!

Knowing how much Erling likes breaking records , i am hoping beats Di Matteo fastest goal to set our stall out early ;)

Listening the other day to Rodney Marsh on Cheesies podcasr the other day that Mike Doyle absolutely hated the rags and that rubbed off the rest of the team. With Phil and Erling here's hoping have the same effect.

They will kick us all over the park so we need the ref to man up early.

I would love for Ortega to keep a clean sheat. Everton were last team to get to final without conceeding, that was 1966!! They went on to win 3-2 so I'm taking that as good omen.

What channel are people watching on?

Yep, famous for it. Hard player too.

Ref previous posts, will Foden start if all fit? I'd have thought the outfield was

Walker Stones Dias Ake/Akanji

Kdb Gundo Rodri

Bernardo Haaland Jack

If you don't listen, here is the link to that particular episode. Rodney has plenty to say well worth a listen.

Agreed but that's not to say Phil, Cole, Rico etc can affect the mood of the players, letting them know what it means to them.

Does Rodney mention there was a big angry demo outside Maine Road when we binned him? Mike Doyle, new captain, had to push his way through grumpy people!

Was soon ok though, we were a better team without Rodders of course and new man Dennis Tueart could play a bit

I think Ake will start. Jack will track back as necessary as will Bernardo.

Why was Richards wearing that shirt? Twat.

Not watching yet but he seems to be a bigger knob every week

Sitting in garden drinking beer and listening to TS. Though probably not for much longer as they all seem to have "a sneaky feeling for United"
