Where was he hiding in world's football?
Top, top quality and a great pro.

Played well today. Distribution and his skills on the ball aren’t as good as Eddie’s, but then that’s an almost impossible task. But he doesn’t panic. Is always in the right place to receive the ball and always finds a teammate with a pass.

Isn’t afraid either to go long if the situation suggests it.

And I’m willing to bet good money the first person to congratulate him was Big Ed and if we triumph next week I’ll bet he will replicate that sentiment

A decent back up goalie is a rare thing. Once again our recruitment has been excellent

After the presentation and they were all on the pitch, they finally made it round to our bit, by the dugouts. Ortega was one of the first ones to make his way inside, a lot of our fans had gone by then. He was walking off with Carson. A number of blues shouted their congratulations to Stefan, and he looked at us all and applauded back. Carson walking behind him noticed and clapped the city fans for showing Stefan some appreciation.

Don't know why but it was really nice to see and felt it worth mentioning. An example of why Carson is good around the team, especially for the keepers.

Ortega has looked assured whenever I’ve seen him play. Did well to keep them out at the end

The thing is that he really looks world class and can't understand why he never was in the spotlight.

He is one of the best keepers in England, at the moment. I think Eddie, Alisson, Ramsdale, Pope, even de Gea, and then him.

Not in my mind, I am thinking who would I like to have in goal if Eddy was not our keeper.
Alisson is definitely first choice, after that it's Ortega, the rest of them don't come close IMO

Not me and when BBC pundits said you got to play 1st choice keeper i went mental shouting at the fuckin telly.

If that NON penalty wasn't given (bent cumts) we would have been the only the third team to win and not concede. When i get time i will check and see if PNE and Bury played the same keeper in their campaigns (no idea which years they did but obviously a LONG time ago).

It would be a complete travesty if they have robbed him of a record of being only keeper to achieve it.

After that game if they had any brains they come to us cap in hand and pay whatever we asked.

They won’t and we can hopefully keep him happy as number 2 for another season.

De Gea is a gamble, if you ask me.
The season they finished second after us it was all because of him, kept them in the game so many times.

He either has a day when you can t beat him, or days when he is a donkey,

I think hes fking awful and have said it for years to my rag mates. Hes a good shot stopper I will give him that, every other facet of goalkeeping he is awful at. Now his shot stopping has gone to shite he is abs awful.

Reminds me of one of those keepers youd see for relegation fodder youd see on match of the day, makes loads of saves but you lose 3-0 and get relegated but people think hes quality.

The longer he stays at the rags the better, there are at least 5(defo more) second choice keepers in the prem who would make them stronger thats how bad he is.

Suppose we should be showing a degree of appreciation to Bravo for the way his introduction completely changed the way we played. Not just us, but the whole of English football. Bizarre to think about considering he was largely shit as a goalkeeper but playing out from the back entirely came from him (and pep obvs)

The Sun reporting Bayern are sniffing around and we’re going to offer him a new deal. If he goes I’d like to see Trafford as back up for a season. We did it with Steffan and he was shite, so can’t be any worse.
