How true is that?

I will be watching MOTD2 fir the first time all season.

Hope the emergency is covered and all is well.

And, yes, apart from the first few minutes where we gave them the ball, we were superb.

Jack was always square peg in round hole when he came in but he’s completely turned that around and I now see him as a Nasri sort of player. Reconstitutes the ball and drives oppo players mad.

He's a bit better than Nasri but i hope i never see Grealish as Nasri as i would also be saying he needs to go

Nasri was great once he settled, Jack not quite there yet ;-)

The right team was played from the off - proof was in the pudding !

I’ll tell you what , Man City’s best player is Bernardo Silva and he has been for years IMO - hats off to the manager for convincing him to stay , for now , because we will miss him
more than we ever would KDB or the departed Gundo .

Bernardo was unplayable yesterday. I remember his performance against dippers at home in Jan 19 when he played like a man possessed and yesterday he matched it.
Jack was fantastic as in midweek. He's been brilliant all calendar year bar a couple of games this season. Some of the shit he gets is unbelievable.
John Stones was great as well - taken to this new role like a duck to water.
Shout out to Ed as well. Vital saves when needed and superb distribution all through.

Loved every minute of this yesterday. Calm in the boozer before it and didn't think we would struggle especially when the teams'were announced. Everyone played their part and we had so much in reserve that we did not have to use. Must have been fun for their fans to sit through. Got back into the boozer afterwards to the predictable empty seats as they'd all fucked off. They really are a sad bunch of twats. Onwards we go

I love Bernado. KDB has been the best MF the premier league has ever seen IMHO as for Gundo he was world class for us. Home and away the 3 have surpassed any combo in English club football. Imagine if Haaland had been here 2 years ago we would have had 3 CL wins on the bounce.

We're definitely missing Kev. We've scored less goals than Arsenal, Villa, Newcastle and Brighton and that's with the most lethal striker in the world in the team.
We're still bang up there as we've found a way to still win every game ( when Rodri's in) albeit not by the high scores as previous and the fact we've got the best defensive record in the country.
Really wish we'd gone for Maddison.

What's quite amazing is that we're all having a pop at Erling for missing loads of chances, in fact he's having a pop at himself over it, yet he's top prem scorer on eleven, which if he continues at the same rate will mean 42 PL goals after 38 games. Add CL and FA cup goals to that, and it's not far away from last season.

If that's him not playing well (and I agree he's not been really at it this season), god help everyone else when he gets it together.

We were only at 70 or 75% yesterday. When we play the murderers we need to be at 100% as they are a much more serious outfit.

Felt like the second half was played against 10 men, we had so much time and space. Like a training ground 5 a side.

This is what hurts the rags the most, not the fact we are better than them as that's now indisputable and has been for the best part of a decade, its the fact we beat them with such ease. We had another 2 gears easily we could have gone through. They barely had the ball second half and the effort and commitment was seriously lacking which in a derby is inexcusable

Ten bob has lost a good number of supporters following that
