I thought it was offside. Clear and obvious errors don’t come into it. Either he’s on or off. It’s a matter of fact.

It’s not a matter of fact though. As we’ve seen with how lines can be manipulated when it’s that close. So why does the defender get the advantage?

VAR decide offsides. That’s the rule. The clear and obvious rule doesn’t apply. Belting cross from Luis and a thumping header. Villa fortunate to be level.
