I remember my dad telling me about them when I was a kid. He bought me and my brother the Bell, Lee and Summerbee VHS and we watched it over and over.

3 people that bled blue.

That season we won the First Division I hardly missed a game home and away, fantastic memories for me.

A different guy doing it from those awful silver ones of Aguero, Kompany and Silva.

Just watched the reveal on the City app. A great and fitting tribute to the ‘holy trinity’.

I was always Franny because i had blond hair and he came from Bolton my home town my friend at school was Bell and wore his shirt out at the front to copy him.

Bell, Lee and Summerbee tripped off the tongue nicely , what a team we had then,, Saw them all play live at Maine Road. Gutted when Lee was sold, but he was replaced in my affections by Tueart, Hartford, Gary Owen, Kinkladze, AGUERO, Silva x2 , Rodri and so many more. Haaland is nearly there. Wew are truly spoiled these days

Quite liked Kolarov, he had some great moments and think he is a true blue. He swapped places with Clichy too many times for me to cement a permanent place. Always struggled to get to truly great Left Back for a number of years nowm
