Red Star Belgrade pre match build up

Postby john@staustell » Wed Dec 13, 2023 5:18 am

Or in their own Orcish language Crvena Zvezda. True Grant and Micah Hamilton named in the squad. Wonder what they do?

One sounds like a John Wayne movie set in Walford and the other named after a famous comedian on Sky Sports

Stones had better be nowhere near this game. As much of a second team as possible please. Just seen the travelling party and along with the 2 mentioned by John, there are a couple more new names
Looking forward to seeing the line-up and hope the youngsters get some game time

We should have sent the EDS squad

With a busy schedule coming up we don’t want any of our first teamers near the shitty, bobbly pitch and the hatchet men of Red Star.

This game is a complete dead rubber

No Ederson., I'd play Phillips, Kova, Nunes, Gomes, Bobb, Rico, Alleyne, Susoho, Grant and Hamilton.
Ortega 1st half, Carson 2nd

You're as bad as me!! Susoho is a DM - Grant is a keeper according to that well reliable source Wiki
Doubt we will see anyone but Rico and Gomes

Pep has form for not playing a weak team in a dead rubber

.................but then he's nothing if not unpredictable

Read his Wiki page John - made me laugh earlier. A midfielder with 'uncoachable' skills
Sounds like Kalvin

You're right, he never has before but then we've never been as down to the bare bones before and we're off to Saudi next week.
Plus we're always shit in dead rubbers anyway so might as well play kids with everything to prove.

Alleyne is a center back who likes to play. lots of quality and promise but nowhere near ready.
Hamilton we've seen before , attacking midfielder. Quality of course but not ready but the one with more chance of minutes tonight than the others.
Grant is a keep as said.
Susoho in interesting. first saw him at full back but now playing holding midfield. Improved quite a lot in last year or so. Very young and nowhere near ready
