‘super’ sunday, as you rightly say, is a no lose situation for us. a draw would be the most annoying result.

United are not PL rivals so a win for them would be better for us although never welcome.

The victims are rivals and I never want the rags to win, but by miracle if they managed to win this weekend it would be palatable, just about.
Realistically though they are more likely to get bummed 10 nil.

Luton’s Tom Lockyear stretchered off and the match has been temporarily halted with the players returning to the dressing room

Sounds very serious and fingers crossed for the lad. The Luton manager apparently sprinted onto the field as soon as it happened so it must be bad

Does not sound good and traumatic for all concerned.

My spirits just dropped and the air gone out of my body via bloated cheeks and wibbling lips.

We must remember, it’s only a game of football.

Really need the rags to win tomorrow now

Though the dippers have just been given a massive and very unexpected boost

Palmer with another goal and assist. Again, Pep needs to change this “if they want to leave they can” attitude he has with everyone apart from Walker.

The 21-year-old has been directly involved in 13 goals during his 19 appearances since signing from the 2022-23 Treble winners in the summer.

"For me he's a playmaker - a player who can link the team," Pochettino told BBC Match of the Day. "He also has the capacity to score goals and give assists.

"The contribution of Cole Palmer from day one has been massive."

Everton winning 2-0 at Burnley

Doubt Burnley will get 20 points

Everton would be one point off the Rags without that deduction

I wonder if playing an extra 10 minutes every match has contributed to this Luton lad collapsing. Will the FA or Prem care? Absolutely not

Apparently he collapsed in the play off semi final last season. I find it odd he's even been allowed to play after that. But then look at Erikson.

So the extra 10 mins a game definitely won’t be helping. We’ll see if Luton kick up a fuss
