Great save by Ederson. Funny the way these match threads work out - give a player dogs and he comes up with something good.

Grealish is shite! Terrible player. He won’t score or assist tonight.

Grealish, just a punch bag, nice shot from him, needs to do more of it . Seems they all have been told to shoot more, just need to hit the target

These players must be used to acting like Dani Alves and that’s why they’re all over Jack.

Considering it’s probably 35+ degrees we are doing nicely. Just keep the ball as the opposition will very likely tire second half and another pot is ours to lift

Aye. Average age for them is about 65 so keep moving the ball around and let them chase shadows.

Looks fucking horrible out there and the more we can control the pace, the better.

Not to tempt fate, I read somewhere that this would be another record for holding so many cups at once.

Thats what i meant earlier when they had three old lads bent over gasping!

We should use our bench here to keep us ticking over, an early goal will finish these off
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good half, good lead and seemingly in control but we need to step up thru the gears in the second half and really show the world? what we are capable of. A few more goals would be great for our confidence and return to the Premier League. We should be capable of doing that without burning out the players. What we can't do is repeat the performance against Palace, Liverpool et al and let them back in. The ageing legs and the heat should surely tell and i think Pep has enough on the bench to put in a great performance, but need to sharpen up with the passing and a few careless mistakes because they are not mugs

Normally excellent with his distribution but a couple of major fuck ups and an offside decision saved him from a penalty and possibly booking?

Even Pep might consider a sub or two in this heat and humidity.
