Night, Blues. Beat the 15 man Toon team and drove a dagger through the hearts the Red tops. We’ll get some shit off the media for winning but do we care? Do we fuck.

Hopefully the downtime will do us good and Pep’s influence kicks us on for the rest of the season. We’re not far away.

We might have lots of great players, but KDB is another level.

Liverpool and Arsenal will feel deflated after watching that.

And shout out to Bobb for that finish. So calm and composed. Superb.

Bobbs goal was just outstanding from the sublime pass to his first touch bringing the ball instantly into his control, then the one-two to tap it past the goalie and into the net in one motion at pace under pressure with the game in the balance. The best goal of the game for me

Totally, how many chances like that did Sterling fuck up in his last 2 or so season's with us?

The lad is only 20 and comes across as very humble. He said that he went and thanked KDB for the ball to him.

Sterling would have struggled to score that goal in his best years with us.

It honestly can't be overstated how good it was

Yet before Xmas, according to some knee jerkers, we'd thrown away any chance of winning the league (let alone owt else) & incredibly some writing Kev off as not bouncing back from his latest injury.

Old Klipperty was actually right about one thing in his sad existence..... the premier league are shitting themselves over Kevin's return.

Once he came on this evening, the team beacme calmer and more assured......

OH KEVIN DE BRUYNE....... long may wensing it CTID.

Pep said it looks like an impact injury and no word on anything more than that.

Pretty positive in his post match interview

Thanks
Hopefully he will recover by Burnley game, or soon after.

Pulling play back when we had a clear advantage, allowing the stamp on rodri which was a clear second yellow for bruno. Yellow card for rodri.
Yellow card for bernardo and then none for identical challenge up the other end.

And thats only off the top of my head.

It always makes me laugh when the commentators give it the whole

"Wow, pep seems to be celebrating much more than usual... its like they won the league..." etc etc

It's because we were being cheated and won anyway.
And pep fucking knows it just as well as the rest of us

Well said exactly.

I am not perplex by the injury Ederson got, but more of the just 3 minutes of added time.

These type of shits is cheating with the rule book into your hand. Happened so many times when we needed a goal.

1st time I've been in the gods at SJP for a few years. What a performance, the 3 goals- all magnificent. Rodri on another level the 70 odd per cent possession, King Kev proving yet again why he's one of the best players we've ever had, and winning in stoppage time which would have killed every rival player and fan watching it.
Fans were great, what an atmosphere. Their 2 goals were great to be fair and the reaction of everyone at the end shows how together we all are and how important this was.
Score at Spuds next and we can do it all again

Yeah, if we had been a goal up at 89 minutes then the added on time would have been at least 5 minutes. 3 subs and a goal plus the usual time wasting and dead balls and all we got was 3 minutes. Made me happy when we scored after the first of those minutes giving them no chance to change their mind on the time added on or give Newcastle any real chance of scoring. I wonder if Bobby's goal had been scored 90 seconds earlier how much time would have been added on.

When KDB came on with 30m remaining - I thought it was a rather wreckless gamble.

When KDB scored I wad drill red he'd get injured again.

Didn't think Bobb would score either, certainly not like that.

What an incredible way to end a match.

It is a shame, is is not? It goes through the mind nevertheless. It is mainly because of VAR and wierd inconsistencies between refs and linesmen. Last week in the scouse game the linos flagged immediately, when for scouse but not against scouse when on the attack.
Three players have been injured because of inconsistency in refereeing.

Just watched the TNT highlights - McCoist burst joyously into the commentary for both the barcodes goals but observed an almost Tyleresque silence for our equaliser & winner. By their fruits ye shall know them .
