I always park in the £5 car park just along from Ashburys station.
20 minute walk mind you, but may as well be walking as stuck in a car park waiting to get out.

I'd be using more going via Halifax.

Sorry to hear mate you didnt make the game. Sounds like a shite experience all round for everyone between traffic and parking.

They've extended the residential parking permit zones because of that to stop the additional visitors to the area parking outside people's houses

But I believe they've double yellow lined parking outside industrial / non residential ? Isn't this Burnham trying to make.money out of coop live? You can still park near me and walk to the arena..

Manc was a mare last night, always is for evening games. As I said, I'm now in Whixhall, not far from you so if you're going to an evening ko, give me a shout.
In fairness, I nearly always take the train, but there was a strike last night, and though it didn't affect the Welsh trains I use, I know they don't need much excuse to cancel.

Did know there was anyone else from Bury on here, apart from Tokyo. Radcliffe is probably your nearest one. I did read somewhere that this is just a trial and they may add routes.

Having to get the tram to Radcliffe will be just as well staying on the tram all the way through, especially as you can't use other bus / tram passes. Like I said, great initiative and can't really expect them to come all this way out, but the official Rammy supporters club is growing in numbers so maybe it'll extend after the trial

I use Clayton Lane.
About 15 mins walk.
Not been for just over a year though, so it might be doube yellowed by now.
There are streets nearby that are residents parking only.

Worth looking near The Townley pub as well.

ASDA used to charge a tenner at one time, but stopped. Is the velodrome still doing it, because that was our main place? Have to get there in good time though. Didn't matter to us on such a long jaunt, had a pint in City Square then
