First up for gods own, let’s hope for a good start to the weekend. Slightly off topic but only just found out the FA cup next round is midweek, we play Luton away on Tuesday February 27th, apologies if this is widely known, was news to me.

Oh absolutely they will do a deeper dive into our sponsorship deals and they will try to say they were inflated beyond market conditions. There may even be a bit of merit in there. But it is up to a company where they spend their money when all is said and done
And I wonder if they will look into the deal the rags made with Chevrolet, for huge, unprecedented sums. And the guy who sanctioned it was fired soon after. I’m willing to bet good money he received a good chunk of money via the Glazers for that

I remember thinking at the time that it was dodgy a shitty American car company was throwing cash at the Rags.
