It’s fucking shocking how we capitulate every single time, whatever the circumstance. The only time we beat them was with no crowd.
not impressed boys. we got a draw……ho hum.

I am thinking exactly the same thing I am 64 in May and dont think I am going to see us win there with that horrible hostile crowd .

Phil not squaring to Erling..

Missed an open net last week when he had it squared to him.

The worry is the lack of concentration and collosal fuck ups against them. The semi, the 2-2 in our ground, both in 2022, last season away. I swear, feels like we are losing our heads really super easy.

Missing one squared on the ground would have been a lot harder.

I so relate to these posts. Got to the stage that I believe if the Hyde United team played in Liverpool kit disguised as dipper team, we would find a way of avoiding victory if we played them at klanfield.

Positive is that even after the poor second half, we didn’t lose.

We were way behind Arsenal at one point last season and we just switched a gear. I wouldn’t put anything passed this City team. Still 30 points to play for.

I dont think the angle to pass was on when you see it being played out from behind the goal. Everything looks easier in a birdseye still

We are in great form regardless of what the media try to say and after yesterdays result. In the prem unbeaten in 13 games with 10 wins 3 draws inc away at anfield so 33/39 points. Very hard to do better than that.

If we dont win the league we can point to chelsea spurs and palace all scoring last min equalisers against us and a shocking run of form when rodri got suspended.

Yesterdays result wont be the reason why we dont win the league, its one point more than we normally get there and we normally win leagues!

I think we are missing an important thing: Stones was a few inches away to be the only footballer who scored with his cock both in the Swamp and Klanfield.

Correct. But we're hearing that every week now.
When are we going to switch into gear? Because if we don't beat Arsenal I fear its as good as gone.

I am not confident, personally I think there's too much going on with the team that is not being sorted.

I would also be worried about the CL, where we could have a stinker away to a good team. Imagine that second half yesterday away at Real Madrid.

Also remember the first half in the home tie last season was as good a performance as there ever has been

At home?
In a CL knockout tie?

Yes I can. Wouldn’t be as confident at the Bernabéu mind!!

I had a mental breakdown watching that abortion of a second half and I'm still having a mental breakdown now the dust has settled.

Arsenal will rip our defense to pieces.

Arsenal will be relishing the upcoming game, whereas last season they looked like they were about to vomit as they line up in the tunnel, so scared were they. Even my wife commented on it. This time? They will be relishing the opportunity, and if we are anywhere near that trash yesterday, or if Pep does any more weird experimenting, we will be smashed in our own stadium.

My biggest worry is that Haaland doesn’t look arsed in some games, usually the big ones. Also dropping Dias to play alongside Stones was in explicable.

Ederson I’ll be out for up to 4 weeks. I think it was only a matter of time before this happened, the amount of time he has lunged out & got away without injury & giving away penalties. I hope he learns from this.
