***Treble Winners v Newcastle Official Match Thread***

FA Cup Qtr final. At home against an out of sorts Newcastle. On paper we should go through. And as its an International break after this there is no need to fuck around with the team selection.

But. This is Pep. Who constantly surprises us. No KDB and no Ederson, though Ortega would have started anyway. To be honest, at this stage of the season any old win will do and the adage of just be in the hat for the next round rings true

2-1 Alvarez Rodri. Possibly AET

Grealish in the City squad. I doubt he’ll start. Young goalie True Grant also in the squad. Ederson and De Bruyne absent as expected.

Team looks ok.

Front 6 as expected.

Gvardiol and akanje atart, stones and ake out.

Youd wonder why as loads of time between games
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,
feed the goat and he will score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s a strong side. Pity no Stones. Maybe Grealish will come on for a few minutes.

Might play Doku against Dan Burn. Could be fun

Fuming if Stones plays two games for England in a meaningless match

Pleased in the main. Hopefully Grealish will get a little run out

Definitely. Southgate is becoming a bigger twat as time goes by

I think Stones is an even bigger Twat than the gormless Southgate.............he should be told to fuck off and sit them out by PeP.

If he doesn't I hope he gets plenty of shit on social media by the City fans..we should not tolerate this Country over Club malarkey..especially with him being made out of paper mache !
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

I'm rather hoping Southgate uses these friendlies to play fringe players to see how they fair, like Braithwaite. Even Southgate must realise for his own sake not risk him ahead of the Euros.
