people wonder why fans go at 80 mins, i can tell them, we stop going for a goal after 75 mins when it doesnt matter, we might not score but fucking hell go for a other goal, remember if we end up same points as liverpool we dont win league at the moment

I meant as our main striker. Actually fair enough, I don't know what the fuck I meant but it's something I see of him most games. Always seems a step behind what's required to be elite. He's just done it again.

In a pure goal scoring position, there's no one I'd trust more other than erling. But there's so much more to our game than that and Alvarez often either doesn't have the first or second touch for it, the thought process, the reading of play to keep up with it. He's got a wand of a right foot but I'm seeing little evidence of him kicking on with any other footballing development. I have a suspicion he's a bit soft mentally and that's what's holding him back. He's exactly the same type of player as tevez was, but Carlos had a Pitbull in him and would rip your fucking throat out. Julian still thinks he's Spiderman.

Can't ask for anymore than that, excellent 2nd half.
Foden and Rodri were world class.
Foden has to play central for every game from now until end of season.

Most accurate thing you've posted all night.
Alvarez had two good attempts stopped by a keeper who had a great game tonight , he linked up well with Lewis and Foden and led a line that got 4 against Villa, not a shoddy team. Is Haaland capable of fast footwork interchanges against a packed defence ? Nope. Scores 1 in 3, great foil for other forwards . Won more world Cups than any other player we have , not bad for a 24 yr old that's considered a step behind. Some of our team will not get a WC medal as long as they have a hole in their arse

You know and I know tinker Pep will tinker him off to the wings and we'll end up scraping for a draw or a scruffy win.
