Palace rats

Haaland does more talking to defenders than running

It’s got to be Foden instead of Alvarez in Madrid and Akanji instead of Josko.

Good win.

Got a feeling the Rags will do the Scousers. Their team only turn up for those types of games.

We’d have taken that before the kick off. Now to a very very tough match against Madrid. Can see a more defensive minded approach with Kovacic playing next to Rodri.

It probably will be. Jackie will have given him a headache though as he’s played 90 for the last two games and he’s had a great day today

Best chance Grealish has had in front of goal right at the death and he shows us what he can't do.

Happy with the win but disappointed with the goals palace got . Far too easy, for them to hit us on the break. Our attempts at goal should be double our current level. We win the ball back very well so why not have more attempts? Baffles me.

Away support was superb, never stopped all game . Safe journey home blues lets hope Utd stop the Klopp love in

Reeks saying he prefers playing in midfield, but it’s up to Pep where he wants to play him.

He's got to play, he made Akanji look decent on the left

Equally, we attack like this and Madrid will shit themselves

Joe Cole saying City want to get the ball to KDB, Grealish and Silva in the final third

Silva wasn’t playing Joe

Rio must wonder what the fuck Cole is on about

Against Madrid, we need to keep hold of the ball. Super Jack is the best in the squad at that. He needs to play

Rico says after the match that Gvardiol came off because he felt a niggle and Pep didn’t want to risk an injury.
