Anyone can win, VAR will be ramped up to Defcon5. No way will they allow us to win with 115 charges hanging over us, so i expect Arsenal or Liverpool. The finish will go down to the wire and be lauded as the greatest PL race ever , eclipsing our 93.20 finish
