That was about 6 weeks ago

Blowing your load a bit early there Liam.

He's a long way to go for my prediction to come trueby the looks of things but I'm right behind and really hope he does come good.

Not sure what he did on you from the minute he came in though?

You hate the poor lad

December 2023 that was and we’ve not seen one good performance since!

Sounds like 99% of the forum hate him mate.

You mean you have not seen a good performance Mase. He was ok today , no worse than Dias, akanji, or rico.

He fell over when he was one on one with their keeper. He gave the ball away for their goal. He wasn’t “ok” by our standards.

Fucking hell that was pre Christmas? Doesn't surprise me, this year feels like it's a few weeks old tbh :o

He's been far from class and I've never said he is class for us. That would be absolutely stupid.

I just see traits he has that tell me not to give up on him. Just like when I said I thought sane had the ability to be a possible future ballon dor contender.

It looks like that may never happen either but I'm OK sticking my neck on the line if I think I see something about a player.
Happy to admit it was the worst prediction ever when it comes to nunez but I'll give him more time than this season.

He's not old.

He's younger than Grealish was when we bought him. And around the same age as rodri was?

Anyway let's see.

Up the fucking blues regardless!

Not sure what match you were watching if you thought he was OK. Not everyone was on top form but he was WAY ahead as our worst player...

I’d actually love it if Nunes turns out to be class for us. I can’t see it, but if he does I’ll be the first to give you props.

As you say, up the blues!!

With the way Arsenal and Liverpool are reported, how the fuck have we just hit the summit of the PL?

Rico again looks very comfortable in the first team. Doku was a threat all game. Haaland back on the score sheet. Another goal for Gvardiol. Lots of positives!

Nunes still looks way out of his depth. Bobb should be starting over him every time.

You seem to reflect and then post, otherwise I'd beg you to post more often.

That said, real-time match thread is great thing, even if half of us chat shit, I wouldn't have it any other way, eh Mase.... you mong  p.s. I'd be happy I wasn't going to Benidorm but that's a conversation for OT

Nunes? I really must be missing something. I would rather bring back and play Phillips at the moment.

We're on the Eve of Destruction according to the news. At least we'll be top of the league if the world ends tonight.

To be honest I’m glad I didn’t go now. Fractured my hand on a works do last Wednesday and looking at the videos that I’ve been sent from Benidorm I’d have only made my hand worse.

Really happy for Josko the last two games.

If we’re ever searching for a goal get the lad left wing so he can cut in onto his right

Reports of spanish people having to live in their cars because, they can't afford their rent. Quite shocking that.

There was just something about the form of Liverpool and how Villa can be formidable. Arsenal have been doing there “won the league” celebrations after every win and you can see how we crush their spirits when we can grind out the results, then 3-3 in Madrid, rotate the squad and win 5-1

It’s not over, but I think everyone might stumble again.
