PL Games April 20/21

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

PL Games April 20/21

Postby Harry Dowd scored » Fri Apr 19, 2024 1:56 pm

Flipping heck, only away a week & we are out of CL, let’s hope we do not depart the Cup. Also, a couple of dippers on boat, all they could mention was 115 charges & that we are cheats & our achievements mean nothing. I know they are only dippers ( never been to games though) but it just shows how influential the media are with the propaganda & lies. Got a bit pissed off with it to be honest.
Some interesting games in PL at both ends of table, Luton v Brentford & Blades v Vinny’s inbreds plus Everton v Forest should be good. Meanwhile we are all Wolves & Fulham fans for a day.

Saturday

Luton v Brentford 15.00

T’Blades v Vinny’s inbreds. 15.00

Wolves v Arsenal. 19.30 Sly

Sunday

Everton v Forest 13.30 Sly

Villa v Bournemouth 15.00

Palace v Hammers 15.00

Fulham v Horrible dippers. 16.30 Sly

Oh dear Joe Hart misses a penalty in the shoot out v Aberdeen
He then saves a pen to atone for his miss & Celtic have won

I was just coming on to ask if you were MIA

Know what you mean HDS about dippers, unfortunately my best mate of 40 odd years is one!

Not seen him in 3 weeks but went for a beer with him last night.... he went to their home game with his lad against Palace whilst up visiting family at Easter and we talked about Everton, he doesn't want them to go down, then he started on about 115 until I tore him a new one, presenting facts all he could say was yeah but.... told I can wait for his apology once we are cleared.

The media have done a real job on us with the 115, they are preaching to the converted with the anti City narrative. Fuck them all I say.

Forest have seen their arse about the officials at the Everton game -:

Just minutes after the full-time whistle at Goodison Park and Nottingham Forest have posted a pretty scathing message about the officiating on X, formerly known as Twitter.

"Three extremely poor decisions - three penalties not given - which we simply cannot accept," the club said.

"Our patience has been tested multiple times. NFFC will now consider its options."

They should have had two from what I saw. Reyna was booted by Ashley Young from behind and Young hand balled it in the area.

Forest have had some shit decisions this season - will be good to see what they do.
