Exciting prospect. I doubt we’ll see him until early August. Brazil will likely reach the Copa America in mid July and he’ll be allowed three weeks holiday I suppose.

He will, but he might be keen to get going with City and start earlier. These South Americans have a different mentality to the John Stones’ of this world.

9 goals and 10 assists last season in La Liga on the left wing. Looks a really exciting player.
Already playing for Brazil and only just 20. Wonder if Pep will move him to the right.

If he does move him to the right then Couto behind him might make sense.

Wouldn't surprise me if he put him in goal.

And we'd still win the league.

Transfermarkt has him as predominantly right wing, but can play left wing and also in the middle.

Goal keeper it is then

Txiki making it perfectly clear he’s straight into the first team squad. No question of a loan. I suppose he’s back on hold now. Doubt he’ll be asked to play on the tour. Great opportunity for the likes of Wilson-Esbrand and Mbete to impress in the US.

I love an optimist

Shame we've had to pay full whack to avoid the next 115
