After being relatively optimistic about these 115 Charges. am now more than a bit fearful about what is coming.

It appears we should prepare to be found guilty of technically being in breech of some premier League rules. Not major breech's in the bigger scheme of things. Breeches though with the potential of 40 - 80 point deduction.

I am not really arsed about the Points deduction for the breeches. It will likely be halved to 40 points on appeal anyway. I think we all know it is a Witch hunt and they are going to get us anyway they can. I just don't see us escaping without being punished in some way for the rules they made up specifically to go after us. I don't think that is the Cartel end game here though Guys.

I fear this is only the beginning of their Witch Hunt.

Seems if we are found guilty on any technicalities it will be the green light for lawyers from the Cartel Clubs namely Arsenal/Liverpool/MUFC to go nuclear on City. No Title wins will be reversed, that is way to complex.

It will be for damages. They will argue we had an unfair advantage over the seasons we won Titles no matter how trivial the breeches were. They are going to sue City Owners in the Courts for 10s millions in damages and it could take another few years to conclude.

Not only this they might go after City owners for not being fit and proper persons to run a Football Club..

This will then open the Door for all the Clubs denied Top 4 and Europe/Relegation getting involved wanting compensation.

I don't really think the 115 Charges was ever their end game. This was always only the beginning of their end game. The destruction of City is their ultimate objective. They want us gone forever. They want our owners to think "fuck it" sell up and walk away. Or they will make them go away.


I am not convinced we are going to get a fair hearing next month. Any Guilty charges and we are going to be dragged through the Courts for another few years.

Voices that were once saying "we got this, we are totally innocent" be like it is not the end of the World we should prepare to be punished for technical breeches with sanction/Points deductions/Transfer embargo.

Like i said i am no longer as optimistic as i was based on the opinion changes.

Also i think the driving force behind this Witch hunt against us are all the American Owned Clubs/Sky Tv.

Totally 100% racially motivated.

Hope all i am hearing is Bullshit,and we have nothing to fear.

It is like going to a Law Court and every member there belongs to the Cartel, and every member of the Jury is a Cartel member,. Why i think we are 100% going to be stitched up.

Nope, just rumours, I think they'll only come after us if found guilty and seek compensation. The speculations are wild and overly wishful.

It will be an out of court settlement whereby both premier league and Man City get some credibility to make sure no one loses complete face .

The above will be a racing certainty if this case looks like it could go either way.
No one will want to gamble on the outcome if that’s the case .

I’d be inclined to believe that if he had a sniff we’d done anything wrong he wouldn’t have extended and he wouldn’t be here then if we’re found guilty. The fact he extended tells me a lot.
