Sure, we have had a nightmare month, our worst month possibly since the takeover instigated the resurrection of our great & historic club.
Feelings are raw at present for many of us supporters, players, manager, owners and those close to the club.
28 years ago I travelled to Anfield, twice in the space of 4 days seeing us concede 10 goals and scoring ziltch . . . Alan Ball was indeed a football genius and proved this further against the same side by taking us down and commencing the spiral to our deepest point.
I genuinely, despite the current evidence, think we will win the PL this season, a historic 5 on the spin which will take an age to beat . . .
We all need to stand firm, not shyte it and most importantly remember the clubs recent mantra and stick . . . #TOGETHER . .

Win the league? We can't buy a win against shitty teams nevermind win the league. I can't say never in life, it's almost improbable without Roderi. It's sad to see we're on the cusp becoming a one man team unless Pep can come up with a system that negates that.

I am all for togetherness but wow if we win the pl this season, it would be the achievement of the century.
We're looking at the dippers losing 4, 5 or more games and us winning all of ours.
Just can't see us not dropping more points and them dropping amount needed.
Then Arsenal are there too.
Top 4, a decent shot at the cups, and a summer rebuild is more realistic.

Would prefer Walker to actually look like he gives a fuck, rather than just post bollocks on social media.

Shame he couldn't lob one of his clown boots at the ball yesterday before Gakpo said thank you very much.

Being completely honest, I will always support my team, but I am extremely disappointed in Pep and his team being unable to cut their suite according to the clothe they have been given this season. Prior to this drop off of form the signs have been there. Whether it is losses of back room staff or, injuries, or poor transfer policy, we seem to be incapable of adapting to the changes. Pep increasingly appears to be arrogant, myopic and one dimensional. Seems to be saying 'my teams will play this way and no other' .
A cynic would be saying it doesn't matter because we will suffer a large points deduction. Perhaps that is the dressing room mentality.
Talk of winning the league is simply fucking delusional

Am proper angry, yet a little stuck as I have nothing but gratitude for everything Peps done for us. Sunday was the first time I've not either listened to or watched a City game. Am sure it's a blip but doing fuck all in the Summer transfer winder to strengthen us as cost us and will keep biting us on the arse till we do something about it.
Just hope to fuck we start to bounce back tomorrow yet fear Forest are going to throw everything they have got at us.

He has to take his share of responsibility and he deserves just criticism when it is due, he does make some whoppers of mistakes. But its not just him. Its a broken record now, squad planning and management was rubbish and its coming back to haunt us now.

But squad planning is down to the manager - if he keeps picking players who are just plain shite then whose fault is it when we lose ?
We have lost games due to the fucking mistakes caused by the same fucking players he puts on the field ?
He just will not drop shit players until they make mistake after mistake after mistake and only then will he drop a player ( unless your name is Gundo)

alan ball, with the squad and the resources available to pep, wouldn't have had the run we're currently on.

The directors, director of football, CEO, and Chairman also have to shoulder the blame for the way the squad is. Which along with injuries, is the reason Pep has to pick the same players week in week out, often the alternatives are just not good enough.
I blame the lot of them, including the manger, for allowing this to happen. We knew the club world cup was coming up, we knew that we would have to play a ridiculous amount of games, but collectively the club hierarchy sat on their hands and did nothing with a lot of players 30 and over.

We have had a great run of success.
There was always going to be a transitional period, as the old Guard needing replacing. This should have been managed better by the Club hierarchy. The effects on our results less profound.
Obviously no one could have predicted the injuries to Rodri and Oscar Bobb.
Embarrassingly for Pep he seemingly has no answer to losing Rodri long term. And lets face it, sure Rodri is a big miss in any team. If you are a World class Manager like Pep, you adapt, and utilize, what you have better. Instead he persists with the same set up that is shipping Goals like never before. I for the life of me do not see what Rico Lewis brings to our side. I said in another thread he resembles a broken Duracell Bunny running around in Circles losing the Ball. What is he actually supposed to be doing other than getting caught out of position for literally every goal we concede. most of them comical errors from our own mistakes. He is so slow, so you are left thinking what is the point of his role.
We are lacking in Midfield, yet even to this day we have never seen Grealish played as a holding midfielder. Even more bizarre when you see one of his strengths is ball retention and inviting fouls.
We need to stop the arrogant talk of finishing Top 4.This side is currently in freefall. We don't beat Forest, then the reality will hit home for many that our predicament is much worse than ever could have been imagined.
Pep has to change it.. On runs like this you should always go back to basics. Stop shipping so many goals. If this means going back to a traditional system like a 4-4-2 then so be it. It has to be done, we have to stop the Rot. Might not be popular, if it means sacrificing Haaland for the short term then so be it.
We have to stop setting up in a system that is a detriment to our team. We are playing in to opposition Hands. They turn up knowing we will simply fuck about with the Ball passing it around for long periods. Not really creating anything, ultimately we will gift them possession or lob an aimless Ball in to the Box for Haaland our only real threat. It is shocking the amount of counter attacks that actualy come from our own set pieces, Every City corner you wait for the end result a quick counter.
Our football is predictable dull, boring, insipid shit. Pep has to change it. If he doesn't no wins in 7 will quickly become no wins in 11,12.
