He is not a Pep player and never will be.
He needs to stay and I am sure he will come good. His records are still insane.
At the moment him and Dias are the only players I would keep no matter what.

If teams constantly pack eleven players in their own area ,as happens against City, no player will get the room to move and score. Not just Erling, anyone.
Erling is not a problem at all It is the failure to get the ball to him. The Rags right back totally dominated Doku today, who let's face it doesn't know how to cross a ball. The one time he did it went way over Haarlands head.

Zury, teams pack, but we barely shoot because of that insanity idea of passing the ball into the net.
It always bother me the mentality our players had around that goal Vinnie scored vs Leicester. "Don't shoot".
If he wouldn't have taken that shot, we wouldn't have scored.
So from time to time, fucking shoot.
Today we had one of the most inconstant keepers in the league and we barely tried him.

Now we fanny about with the ball till he has no space in which to work then moan that he's not scoring. We need to stop sitting camped out on the edge of teams boxes, sitting eeper and drawing them out would help us with more space and less vulnerable to the counter attacks. Put the ball in early and Haaland will score goals again.

This exactly, it’s so fucking obvious a child could work it out, but Pep is seems can’t.

Come on, Vinnie's goal was not through a packed defence. It was a 25 yard screamer with no one around.
