5.30 KO today.

A horror show second half Wednesday. I fear we could be having similar medicine if the midfield is the same. We need young legs who can get about the pitch.

Be interested to see if any of the new boys start. I think they might be introduced from the bench, we shall see.

A game we really can't afford to lose in the hunt for top 4. And the same applies to Chelsea I guess. So let's see who is braver.

Would take a draw now. I'm not confident at all and can see a defeat

This is going to be embarrassing. Chelsea will run the midfield ragged.

I agree with this. I can’t believe Pep is any different. His desire and passion. I thought 2-0 flattered us in Paris. But we could not build on it, we fell apart, for me it’s on the players. Our big players are taking the pi55. Kyle’s gone, we’re going to see.

Running a minibus for this so will be out early afternoon. At least I will be full of guiness by ko. I can see the Uzbek kid getting involved regardless that he cannot understand a word of English could be a bright spot in a dark night

I was thinking this when we were talking about O'reilly . Got the legs and will keep the ball. Got to be an option

You gonna post this a lot today mate, every 2 hours? :D

But I do agree.

I know we did score after he went off, but the defence was doomed without Dias

Neither of the two new CBs are eligible for Wednesday and it will be surprising if Pep trusts Stones to play two 90 minutes in succession ( if indeed hes ready to start anyway). Khusanov may therefore start alongside Akanji. Pep said Khusanov can play RB so if Stones starts Khusanov might play there. Hardly ideal to pitch him in straightaway but we are where we are. I doubt Reis will play. Hes very young and hasnt played in a European league at all. Marmoush on the other hand will surely get some minutes either starting or off the bench. Agree about Grealish. Pep banged on at the Press Conference that we werent good enough at keeping the ball and that is Grealish’s strong point. Hes also good at tackling back.

Stones didn’t come on till the second half, and Dias wasn’t well. I don’t see any reason that both can’t start tonight. I think Marmoush and Khusalov will start, the Brazilian on the bench. I really think we should be starting O Reilly in midfield instead of the other fucking snails. Grealish and him in midfield with our usual options up front and wide, Marmoush being the floating forward.

I was talking about Stones playing today and Wednesday. He may do but the chances of him completing both matches are not great.

Khusanov isn’t a RB. If he’s played there by Pep it’ll be a Josko type downgrade.

We have a desperate problem at RB. Pep explicitly said Khusanov can play there. Obviously it would only be a short term expedient. Would you preferably Nunes to play there? Maybe Rico will get another go.

I’d prefer us to buy a proper RB instead of just fuckin around.

And whose the proper RB in our squad? For me Akanji is probably our best bet there but then he can’t play CB. Anyway we’ll see.
