No fucking around with the line up today.
This is the last thing left that can salvage the season. Full strength side, get the game comfortable if not actually won, then make changes if wished for.

Let's not forget the dippers completely underestimated them and were knocked out in the last round and they also won AT Brentford in round 3

We should have enough to win and I think we will

3-0 Marmoush Haaland Doku

Completely agree. Strongest possible lineup. Or we are out.

Pep said Haaland had no reaction to playing on his knee. Judging by his comments there is almost no choice of either Bobb or Echeverri getting minutes. I doubt he’ll play his strongest team but he won’t play a team full of kids either.

Interestingly Pep also said he did not expect an exodus of older players at the end of the season with the possible exception of Kevin who’s out of contract. He specifically said he would still be counting on Gundogan and Bernardo next season.

I was counting on them being moved on

Yeah, not great news. Or we could keep them through that silly tournament then pension them off

If they had anything about themselves they should call it a day Benarbia style

I think it’s extremely unlikely judging by Peps comments yesterday.

Pep has made it clear that he wants a thicker squad next season having been been burned by all these injuries. I can’t imagine Gundo will start many matches but he could come on playing higher up the pitch to try to make late runs to score a goal or two. Bernardo could be brought on to keep the ball and protect a lead. Rodri Nico plus a Kevin replacement will be a very different midfield next season.

Keeping two players on probably £450k a week between them to just come on every now and then sounds like a disaster.

pep has form for clinging to has beens, but in this case i suspect he’s just trying to keep the old players motivated for the remainder of this season. or preserve whatever minimal transfer value they might have left. in reality im sure the club is preparing for a massive clearout this summer.

Be surprised if I’m honest

Might make the bench to give him a taster of the matchday routine

Under normal circumstances we be very confident of putting these to the sword, however.

Putting our recent roller coaster form to one side, theyve taken premier league scalps in the last 2 rounds. Albeit murderers played their 2nd or 3rd string, I think Brentford put out their 1st side I beleive.

Now swapping to my positive cap, as NB said, no fucking about full squad (more or less) then hopefully with a comfortable lead, in the second half get the likes of Reis, Echevrri and others on.

We don't have another game until next Saturday, so no bullshit "resting" players.

Pep and the team owe it to us to get to Wembley for having put up with the shit we have had as fans.

I think i read that other than us, the only team left in that have played in/won an FA cup final is the rags and my money is genuinely on Fulham tomorrow afternoon.

Score prediction will be given after the team sheet is published.

That’s when you give those kind of decisions to someone who doesn’t have to pay the salaries.

He should be over ruled .
