I don't think Pep can do a proper rebuilding.

Agree, the main reason for this is Pep’s inability to see what the problem is. He obviously does not see the successful teams today are utilising a more direct approach to games. Fast athletic players with the ability to read a game in progress, powerful driving runs, actually shooting from all areas of the pitch. Less fucking about playing out from the back which is an accident waiting to happen these days with opposition having realised if you close down the defender there is potential for errors.
Back to Pep, if he can’t see the problem how the fuck can he fix it?

Totally disagree, he rebuilt after a shit 16/17. We were always going to digress one year, it's amazing it wasn't last year. Everyone seems happy with his January signings. Get rid of Kev, Gundo, Bernardo, Walker, Stones, in the summer.
I'd rather see a revitalised Grealish and Ederson but if they have to go I'd have 2 new goalies and build a team around Gvardiol, Dias, Khusanov, Reis, Lewis, O Reilly, McAtee, Marmoush, Foden, Rodri, Nico, Bobb, Doku, Savinho, Echeverri Haaland. If we can keep one of Ake/ Akanji that's fine. Buy Wirtz to replace Kev. A couple of others and we'll be back

In 16/17 his style was something new for the league.
9 years later, even Leyton Orient can see the flaws in it.

Why? Because every great style suffer modifications, adapts. There was a single key moment in his style when something changed: 20/21 after he had a chat with Sacchi. A change that ultimately brought us the treble.
This squad should never have any problems finishing the league in top 4.
It does not matter if you get Wirtz and you put him pass it to side to side for a million times in a game. And also be moved in every part of the middle.

Pep is well aware of the flaws in his tactics, he’s not stupid. Hes just that stubborn he refuses to change - he’s openly said in his book that he doesn’t have a Plan B because Plan A should work.

The manager/Coach has been doubted before. Even at Barca, he faced down a President who was panicking at the start of his tenure as Barcas coach. His first season with us had all the doubters.

We need the players to buy in. As Iniesta said all those years ago if you don’t want to run your arse off, just leave. That was directed at the superstar players like Deco, ,Ronaldinio, Eto. Only one survived Eto. Pep has a way, I would not bet against him, having a brilliant pre season and rooting out our way forward. I’m as frustrated as anyone some of the performances have been so far from the standards set, it’s been a massive drop off. Not acceptable and up to pep to sort it or face the consequences of a big club’s expectations.

If as PP says that 9 years later even Orient can see the flaws in his style then how come nobody could 8 years later.
We've not recovered from all the injuries at once after Rodri's. There's players who are panicking, have had their confidence knocked.
Anyone who bets against a full recovery next season is on to a loser in my opinion. If I'm wrong I'll be the 1st to hold my hands up.

PeP will not change his style or tactics..hes proven that all fucking season....hes like you in a sense , thinking of yesteryear and how great he is and that his way is 'THE WAY' and the 'ONLY WAY'.........record losses and record goals against this season says otherwise.

You keep blaming injuries for the shit way pep sets us up ??? !! bollocks ! ,hes had enough decent players to ensure we are cemented in the top 4 but he still tries to play as if the same young players from fucking yesteryear are playing and that's why we are struggling week after week and are hanging on by a thread to qualify for the CL.

You honestly just cannot see or cannot accept what most of us on here do get and do see , and that's that most teams now know how to play against us( even fuckign Plymouth and LO ffs!!) as they have mostly all adapted to today's football tactics .....not pep though !! he still persists with his anal tactics and team selections regardless of how shit they perform or how many games we lose.

I have zero faith in PeP and so do most on here...he has shown the square root of fuckall to convince us fans that he is adapting or can adapt to the way football is played today.........zero faith.

I would have gone with 'give him another season' if he had shown us he could adapt and change his style to suit the players he had available but he hasn't and I am convinced he wont...no matter who he signs...he will try and stick to his style no matter who plays or who we play against.

I will be shocked if we finish 4th this season.

I've got every faith in him and so do most who go week in week out. You said early last season we'd be in a battle for 4th place ( you'll probably deny it now, you usually do). You said the season before he was a good domestic manager but would never win the CL. It seems you've never had faith in him.

He’s won it once with us when it should have been 3 times - he’s failed so often in that comp due to his anal decisions (brain farts, I think most on here said )

I’ve said he’s an excellent domestic manager (and that was before he won the CL ) and he certainly was - he isn’t now is he !? He’s gone so far backwards this season on the way he’s managed us that it’s really unexplainable- I think there is only you who still think it’s because he doesn’t have Rodri being the reason why we are shit .!

No faith in him at all - evidence of that is how he sets us
Up week in week out-

Goalie in goalie out goalie in goalie out - that’s gone well hasn’t it !!!
You say players have no confidence ? Not surprising with pep
being mentally challenged this season is it!

By the way I did indeed say we would be in a battle for 4th place ( a battle and not outside it !!! come
the end of the season !!) but I wouldn’t mind struggling as long as he played our up and coming stars all season long - he didn’t though did he , he played Walker
and Gundo till we lost 12 points between them .

Thats just one example .

Can't really help playing Ortega when Ederson isn't available and i said you'd said we'd be in a battle for 4th LAST season.
Rodri is the big one, that's fact. We lost 3 games last season, he was suspended for all of them.
If we start next season the same I'll be all for a change but I'm pretty sure we won't.

Don’t think Rodri will ever be the same player after that injury and even if he is we certainly shouldn’t be banking on him to ‘ save our season ‘

Pep needs to adapt to today’s teams and tactics and drop badly performing players instead of rewarding them and then drops players that are performing well - he’s done that all fucking season long and it’s cost us big time , and that’s not my opinion , it’s a fact .

Will he change ? Nah ,,, he won’t

I have just thrown that question out Carl. Would you get rid of Pep to a WhatsApp of blues rags an Everton fan. Plus some randoms 2 rags said yes, obviously. 16 blues have responded with answers like fuck off being the most polite TC an Evertonian that’s fucking hilarious.
You have a shite season and it’s chop time for Pep Guardiola hahahaha soft lad. The Geordie in the group is MIA. Now a yes he’s a failure and can’t beat the scousers like they did. He has a point tbf. I’m happy to give Pep the coming season. I also want the palace skipper plus Gabriel from Arsenal. Add a younger one for cover and rotation. Without defenders who are week in week out and can defend. We have no spine and being brutally honest Peps a 5 this season and some of our players the same. Fodens knocking more kids than performances. Grealish is not doing himself or us any favours. Stones is done sadly. So unless we get our squad balanced and fit for purpose. Pep or whoever is not going to wing it in this league. Is absolute clear out for Pep I’m not sure. I also don’t see to many replacements. PSG manager!
Not going to be easy to get him. Let’s see what the charges mean for us.

Keep

Gvardiol Khusanov Reiss Dias Savinho Rodri Gonzalez Bobb Echeverri Haaland Marmoush

Anyone else can be sold.

Of course we can’t sell the remaining squad and replace them in one window but I honestly wouldn’t be disappointed if anyone else was sold. But at the same time, the likes of Lewis O’Reilly Foden Doku McAtee Kovacic I would be equally happy to see them stay and have another season to prove their worth. But if a good enough offer was tabled then it would be strongly considered

Everyone else can go. They are no longer good enough, fit enough or consistent enough for us any longer

Haaland to be sold then? I'd rather we find players that can feed him. You'd keep a player we've not even seen play yet (Echeverri) , likewise Reis who has had one cameo so far?
