I know there is an appeals process available to both parties. If the Panel find in our favour i doubt the Premier League will want to take this option with the financial costs involved. Pretty sure they want this done with.

Personally....and this is only my own opinion based only on what i know of the Case. I believe if there is any guilt it is technical in nature, It came from the fact we stopped cooperating with the Cartel run Premier League when relations totally broke down. It was the Clubs belief the business information being requested was of a sensitive nature, and would benefit our Cartel adversaries. So even that technical non cooperation was with good reason.

I think we are going to win.

Some cunts will slip up when we are found not guilty and then we will 100%have to make an example of them and sue them til they are left to bin dip.

I said at the very very beginning we will just get done for ‘non cooperation ‘ and that will please cunts like Simon Jordan who loves to say we have ‘been found guilty’ like he did until CAS overruled that verdict - he knows he cannot be sued due to the original verdict .

It will be the same in my not so humble opinion

Heard it was verdict then a month after any sanctions. So not guilty to anything except non compliance then a fine for that. Premier league will claim victory on that and I think we'll fight it.

I really don't know how this is going to go. I hope it will be in our favour.

Really hoping for a not guilty, happy with a not guilty but fine for non cooperation. Anything else, even though i think the deck is stacked against us, i will be extremely disappointed with our club. Given the performance fuck up ( it is more than a transition rebuild drop) this season, a guilty verdict would be tough to take, the polish would certainly look tarnished and the club will be forever tagged with cheating bastards

The way the club reacts to this verdict, not the verdict itself, will determine if I carry on supporting City.
