Possibly a season defining game. The FA Cup trophy on the sideboard would rescue the season somewhat. We have to win today.
I'm very concerned about where Peps head is regarding team selection. I can see Ortega playing which is not good news if he does. His distribution is simply not at the standard required and he's been found wanting recently in shot stopping as well. Ederson has to play.
Let's just hope Viking and Marmoush are on fire. Not confident today though. I think we've made the semi finals the last 6 seasons? So the law of averages suggests that will end sooner rather than later
1-1 Haaland, and out on penalties

Having seen them play a couple of weeks ago I'm dreading it. The do lightning, incisive breaks against a stretched team playing a high line?
Anyone here think Pep will adapt to that?
We'll have about 80% tippy tappy possession and lose 3 or 4 nil

Play 11 defenders, make 5 subs in the last minute of extra time to take the penalties and go through on pens.
Seems to work for Forest , plan b for pep

That would be the sensible option

Ederson is a plus
The midfield is horrible. No pace at all

Really feel for O'Reilly. He’s the reason we’re in the quarters. Pep’s horrible.

Marmoush Doku and Nico all benched, Savinho left out because his wife gave birth on Friday.
I presume Bernardo on the Right and Foden on the Left. Surprised Nico not starting.

Jesus, Bournemouth must be popping the pre-match champagne. That is a fucking awful midfield against one of the paciest counter attacking side in the League. If we win this I’ll be totally amazed.

Him over Gvardiol?
Surprised Foden still gets a game
