Derby Day is upon us one again. The fixture at the swamp is rarely one I look forward to, although we have an excellent record there of late.

The media would have you believe, or at least they are trying to make you believe, that the rags have turned a corner. They haven't. They are still shit. But it's still a derby. And they are very lucky just of late against us.

The win is the only thing that matters today. Any way possible. And hoping we prevail. Sadly I can't watch as travelling on holiday and that might not be a bad thing. A close game

Love going to the swamp. Will be meeting up at 11 in my local then heading to monton carlo and getting a baxi from there. These are truly dog shit. Pep, put your sensible head on, no brainfarts. These jokers have had our pants down last two times. Jack to stay where he was against Leicester. IF he sticks with O’Reilly, i would consider not playing Doku as he left O’Reilly exposed a lot in midweek.

If he plays Nunes we might as well just give them the match.

Usual prematch nerves, but it's opening day of the golf season in our centenary year so i'm hoping my thoughts will be on golf for next few hours. Hopefully Jack and Marmoush will have a great day and KDB can play without pressure. Like my golf it can go great or go horribly wrong but i'll have a good day either way.

I’ll be travelling for the first half so will miss it, looking at traffic probably a lot of the second half as well - so I won’t be able to moan about team selection. Can someone do it for me?

There is virtually no media hype for this fixture at all anywhere, it’s very strange….

You’d have thought there wasn’t a derby game. Weird because usually the media push it for the views because it’s one of the biggest derbies in the world.

Bernardo and Foden definitely not worth a place in the team on current form. Gundogan and Kovacic together leaves a slow whole in the middle of midfield too. Not too sure about this line up. Was Khusanov injured in the cup game? Noticed he went off at half time and then didn't play against Leicester and only makes the bench today, surely a better right back option than Nunes.
