Huge game tonight in the race for CL slots. Villa are bang in form and will be a very dangerous opponent. We will need to be on our game and need to be much better than we were v Everton

The midfield worries me. We won’t get away with Gundogan KDB and Silva in the same XI tonight

Hoping for a narrow win. Any old win any old how will do.
2-1 Marmoush Foden

I wouldn't put Foden anywhere near the team tbh Notts. Khusanov might be useful, with his pace, but seems to be on the naughty step.

But I'm confident we'll pull through at home, after going through the usual 'Baldy out' routine, missing chances and going a goal down

3-1 City

Thought he might come off the bench to be honest and grab the winner

Plenty of “the academy kids are useless” before one of them saves us again - my bet for tonight.

Nico and Kovacic both need to start. Maybe Kevin gives way as a starter. Arguably Doku should start. He played well when he came on against Everton.

I love the way Pep says that every game is a cup final in yesterday’s presser. He’s been saying that since January. I wonder if we’ll get the chance to play in an actual cup final ?

Desperately need the win tonight. It'll be a huge stepping stone towards finishing top 5 with the teams around us cancelling each other out. 3-1 City.

I just hope we don't try to play walking football.

The team need to go at them from the off and get our fans behind em!

My Mrs said last weekend, “why do the men’s team pass it backwards constantly”

A tough test tonight against a team bang in form, playing good fast attacking football. Very strong on their left side on the break, against a slow weak City midfield who are weak at Rightback. On paper Villa will beat us . Probably lose 3-2

Hope Rashford doesn't get his customary goal against us.

I thought the Kushanov thing was a joke but he's being loaned out?

Pep says the team needs the fans. Tickets available at 71 pounds for a midweek evening kick off. Hard to imagine the Etihad will be anywhere near full.

Out of the mouths of babes and innocents!

My missus loves to say 'why don't they kick it forward '!

But my favourite of hers was, when trying to describe Gareth Barry - "that one that fouls everybody" :D

It's from Football 365. Best avoided
