I don’t think this game is going to be a comfortable watch, but I am looking forward to it. The beers are chilling in the fridge as we speak. The gunners are understandably confident, and rightly so. I expect Pep to change the team tomorrow, and I would rather that than risk injuries. Happily take a draw, but obviously three points is better...COME ON CITY!!!

Referee: Stuart Attwell
Assistants: Constantine Hatzidakis, Nick Hopton
Fourth official: Craig Pawson
VAR: Jarred Gillett
Assistant VAR: Ian Hussin.

Team Selection

Raya
Timber
Saliba
Gabriel
Callafiori
Zubi
Rice
Ode if not fit then Nwaneri
Eze
Gyok
Madueke

And the rest…

Probably the first time we play Man City that I think we go in as favourites with most neutrals. Will be tight but 1-0 to the Arsenal.

City are defensively shocking. I will be disappointed if we don't smack these bums by at least 2 goals.

Kind of an advantage we get two days extra for this. Mad they’re playing Thursday.

After 6 years of record spending we’ve caught City right up for squad cost, both just over €1bn according to new figures issued by CIES. City haven’t moved forward, they were over a billion several years ago, but their spending has decreased. In the last 6 years our club has invested nearly €900m from its own funds, after sales and City just over half that. This is a new Arsenal and a poorer City relative to the other top 6. They’re going backwards, we’re moving forwards.

Unfortunately, after the Anfield result, a draw doesn't really work here. If we drop any more points and allow Liverpool to open up breathing space, then this season will be set up to pan out the same way as last year. We really do need a win.

We should have a go at them. They are not that great and we are at home. But the coward in charge will not do that.

Donnarumma is new to the PL so that might give us an edge, poor guy will probably think he will be protected from being pushed on corners

We can’t lose this game. A loss against another title rival, so soon after Liverpool would be disastrous for us. That’s why, unfortunately, Arteta will start the same midfield as we seen against Liverpool.

Man City will not be in the mix at the end of the season though. This is a must win game.

Doku is scary but I trust Timber and Mosquera/Saliba.

I kinda feel City fans are underestimating their team a lot here. Far from their best obviously but still a very good team on their day.. gonna be a very close game

Didn't we beat these ****s 5-1 ? I don't know, I am feeling pretty confident if I am an Arsenal player lol

Titles aren't decided this early, even if we lose tomorrow it doesn't say much but obviously I want the win. I'd like to see how they deal with injuries during the busy part of the season like we seem to every year. Saving grace is we have AFCON this year so no Salah for a month

I usually treat my body like a temple. Last night I treated mine like a whorehouse above a liquor store next to a motherfucking Taco Bell.

Disrespectful mugs. I hope we pull their pants down and spank their arse on live TV in front of millions whilst Arteta has a melt down. Then off to AFTV to watch the crying and the fall out
