Just beat fucking Arteta
A loss here and realistically winning the league is extremely unlikely. Personally I think it already is, but you live in hope.
A good win against Napoli sets us up nicely and we will see whether the extra recovery time Arsenal have had makes a difference.
1-0 Haaland in a tight scrappy game

Anything but a loss would be ideal. It’s early doors and we’ve had a harder run but the scouse cunts are building a lead on us already.

You just cursed any chance of getting a result with your prediction

Haven’t got one right in at least 2 if not 3 seasons. Possibly even longer. Think we’ll be ok

Just don't give any corners away. Can't stand the five minute setup they need for every bleedin' corner and then the fake pushing and pretend chaos.

A pessimistic fella might suggest we didn't have much of a closed season! He might also point out that we've hammered two shit teams in Rags and Wolves.
I'm keeping an open mind, until today at least !!

We'll be spanked again by Arsenal. Pep will overthink it and fuck up his team selection . Needs Khus Dias Gvardiol and Ake as a starting back 4 . Midfield got to be rock solid and quick today. That's where we'll be beaten. Our midfield is a runny rice pudding

I don't think we will be spanked. I see a narrow win for Arsenal or a draw.
If we loose we have a huge task on our hands, 9 points behind the murderers, however 33 games to go so there's hope!! Slim hope.

Not sure about Bernardo’s contribution these days and the reindeer needs to do something seen a good 45 minutes in opening game then not much more…

Bernardo's contribution is a very good pre match handshake with the oppo and the officials.
Right about the Reindeer. Maybe Kovacic will be back among us soon?

Funny thing is, all the talk of the rebuild and we've only 3 players playing who were brought in last two windows, and one of them is a keeper.
The spine of the team is players who are around a while.
