***City v West Ham Official Match Thread***

Postby nottsblue » Sat Dec 20, 2025 9:14 am

Another traditional 3pm Saturday KO at home. We've won our last 6 and are starting to spread the goals around. Am confident we can overcome the Hammers today

Assuming it's just the regular trio missing with injury(?) Or maybe Doku will miss out again? Hopefully Ake will be nowhere near the starting line up.

City 5-0 Haaland (3) Foden Savinho

So not just an extremly small squad, but also he doesn't trust other than the usual starters.
It will be a miracle to end this season in one piece with all the workload.

We have 5 injuries, quiet a few are short term, as well as Marmoush and Ait Nouri off to soke up the Morrocan sun

That aside, we've been moaning for a while about constant tinkering and wholesale changes.

As long as we can get through the next few weeks with no more injuries we will be OK.

Agree, but we need options on the bench. Semenyo and Guehi please.

6 Academy boys on the bench.

Let's hope the starting XI nails it

Off to a great start, Haaland should have got his second with the header but we look sharp up front so there should be more chances. Feel we could get a panful this afternoon

Reilly , and Gvardiol having a free role to press forward , hopefully we won't get caught with them being out of position but it's encouraging to see them press forward
