RIP John Robertson

For those of us who remember the great Forest team (everyone except Mase?). Tricky Scottish winger. 72 seemed an old age once, but now I'm 65 it's just around the corner :(

Well Said. I remember Forest beating Liverpool in the European Cup. Robertson Peter Shilton Trevor Francis & Co. It was like a change of the guard. He was a class player. RIP John Robertson.

RIP.

Four Scots in the team that beat Hamburg, dare i say ,"Kevin Keegan's Hamburg", as today's media might refer to them.

He seemed to be a late bloomer and kept coming up with important goals for Cloughie.

Seemed to be a thing with Clough, he even got an average ex City player Ian Bowyer performing at the highest level.

Great winger in his day.

Sad day for Nottingham football. Lives not far from me as it goes. Seen him and his wife Sharyl from time to time. RIP fella
