Anyone know where it's gone?

Looked it up -:

The mosaics of former Manchester City manager Joe Mercer are located on Joe Mercer Way, the pedestrian walkway running alongside the Etihad Stadium (City of Manchester Stadium) in Manchester.

Has it been moved or something?

That's where it was, right at the end of Joe Mercer Way, just as you enter the stadium.
I usually go in that way as I generally stroll down the canal, and going in for Sundays game I was thinking about where they'd be putting Pep's statue, which of course prompted me to look at Joe's mosaic, but it's not there any more, and now I think of it, I don't think it's been there since they started on the hotel, north stand and Co-Op.

Let's just say my front room looks a lot better, Patrick

There was something on the OS about it being removed during the building work a long time ago. Sure it said it was to be either replaced when the work finished or resited somewhere. My old memory can't recall the full story, though...

As I said, I gathered it was something to do with the construction, probably so they could get plant in and out, as it was right in the middle of Joe Mercer way.
Hope they put it back soon.
