2pm KO for us signals the return of proper football

More interested in the team selection and how we set up today to be honest. And hoping Dias is not captain again. Got an excellent record v Bournemouth especially at home so hoping history repeats itself

2-0 Haaland (2)

Definitely legit, much smarter imo, cannot stand long hair on men.

Anyway back to the match, nervous like every season opening game, it can set a mood.

We learnt fuck all from pre season due to WC, last week has no bearing imo.

As NB normally says any win will do, but that said i would like us to send a statement, a decent goal tally and clean sheet please.

Good to be back. Excited for the season ahead but I honestly don't know what to expect. A slow steady build up and fingers crossed we will not be too far off the pace. Best of luck to everything City going forward. 2-0 City win today Haaland double.

Hants was correct. With that line up any old win will do.

Bournemouth probably can’t believe their luck

The obvious.

Cherki > Foden
Nico G > Lewis
Nunes > Dias and move Khus back to CB, his actual position

Marmoush on the bench makes me worried either we don’t want to sell him or Spurs have pulled out

3 at the back, Khus Guehi and Dias, with Lewis and Gvardiol as wing backs?

Hope not

I forgot about Nico G.

It must all be down to fitness. No sane man would pick Lewis if he had the choice.

Alarmingly, I think that is his idea. As much as I cannot abide Nunes, he has to be a better iption if that is how we set up.

Apparently Nico G has been told he can go.
