City v Rest of the World Pre Match Thread

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

City v Rest of the World Pre Match Thread

Postby nottsblue » Thu Oct 08, 2026 7:09 pm

The PL game on Sunday v the dippers certainly feels this way.

I have rarely, if ever, wanted us to win a game as badly as I want this one. And that includes Cup Finals and PL deciders

Hoping we don’t just win but we put out a statement. A statement of defiance to say to the rest of the world a massive “FUCK YOU”

And I hope Dalglish has a fucking heart attack after the game

Win & have all the players line up cupping their ears.

Going to be a truly monumental day. Mass hysteria from the moment the coach is spotted.
Keep our heads and crack on it will break everyone's hearts.
On a side note, hear that Kavanagh is the ref. This is the guy Iriola has been moaning about already this season for allowing late goals against the vermin.

With too many media outlets having a say on this and coming out with ridiculous things that there isn't any news at all but white noise trying to generate clicks.

It isn't City in the dock it's football and they are kicking their own golden Goose to death.

I hope we have an Abu Dhabi flag on show and some form of carragher spits on kids banner. A 4-0 win and some horrible dipper c@nt loses his fingers after firing a dud flare.

Echo the sentiment. To me the Vermins have always been THE TIE.
There's no league title, no Chumps, FAC, nothing give me more pleasure than seeing the criminals embarrassed on the pitch. It's a physical before a mental orgasm when it happens.

Let's just hope:
1. Maresca starts the "famous " strengthened midfield
2. Lads don't take bait. Ref and VAR will be desperate!
3 the stroke hits at least Carra and Nicols, as well

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

Finally decided to listen to a bit of talkshite on way home, they their bookia mate on and he said the murderers should clap us.....

Apparently our players will be expecting boos and it could galvanise our players....

But when terry did something nasty, apparently the rags fans clapped him at theatre if screams instead and it got in his head.

Sad really....

Maresca said he would have still taken the job if we'd already been found guilty.and reckons we are focused. Let's fookin hope so.

Heard the murdering feral sub humans are doing one of their infamous coach welcomes, if we had balls we would turn the coach round back home if they start their antics again.

Just send an empty coach and turn up via a different route in cars.

Early morning ang and already nervous for the most important game of the decade.

Good luck and fingers crossed for the brave travelling Blues. May they return safe.

Not going to be a pretty welcome. Media have been urging the bastards to give them a famous welcome. We all know what that means, and the police are not providing extra cover. Are they mental. Obviously i want Blues to all stay safe but i hope the murdering club show themselves for what they are.
If we win it will make my day big time. We will see if our players are in it with the owners. Big game for Haaland to step up. The ref will be firmly for Liverpool so no stupid tackles from us please. If we win i want the whole team to do the holding ears move in front of the Kop
