Ordinarily in a normal season this would be traditionally our toughest fixture. It’s well documented how we generally play poorly there. But this particular fixture……? Possibly the most important game for a long time

And in a way it’s the perfect match for us to show the world that we are City.
That we are resilient.
That we are not folding.
That we truly believe in ourselves.
That we trust ourselves and our owners.
That we are family.
That we stand strong together.
That we are up for a fight with the wider football world.
That we are here to stay
That we are fucking better than them

I hope each and every fan does us proud today and more importantly, comes home safe. I hope this energy transcends from the terrace onto the pitch and to a man, the squad and management as a whole step up to be counted and give everything. You cannot ask for more than that.
